Leveraging on its world-class real estate expertise and extensive European market coverage, AXA Real Estate was in 2005 among the first European real estate managers to establish a commercial real estate debt platform, recognising the potential of the asset class to perform when exploited by a combination of credit and real estate expertise. AXA Real Estate's global debt investment capacity stands today at €4 billion.

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance expertise benefits from the continuous collaboration between the CRE Finance team, our 200 real estate specialists on the ground, and the AXA Fixed Income and Structured Finance experts. This combination of talents provides the team with a unique ability to invest in the full spectrum of CRE risks, from mezzanine to AAA CMBS or senior CRE loans.

This team of six professionals is headed by Isabelle Scemama and operates within AXA REIM SGP, the French regulated entity of AXA Real Estate.
