Finance


Operating out of 4 countries, AXA Real Estate's finance team is primarily responsible for the following:
 

  • Overseeing the execution of corporate transactions and reviewing all new
          business initiatives, which ultimately shape and influence the company's wider
          strategic decisions 
     
  • Reviewing all of the company's activities, including existing initiatives as well as
          new business opportunities, primarily through conducting regular profitability
          analyses. The finance team also closely monitors and continually evaluates the
          company's positioning within the market, with a particular focus on pricing, to
          ensure that AXA Real Estate remains in line with, and ahead of its competitors
     
  • Providing a comprehensive overview of the financial impacts of the company's
          activities, to ensure that all strategic decisions are based on a firm understanding
          of correct corporate governance and potential outcomes as well as an awareness
          of the wider economic backdrop
     
  • Leading the business' budgeting and planning process, and delivering
          comprehensive reporting to allow the business to drive controlled, profitable growth
     
  • Producing the company's financial statements and reporting for each subsidiary, 
          installing robust financial controls and first-class
          reporting as well as developing new financial strategies
