AXA Real Estate Management Board
The Management Board is the decision-making body responsible for the strategic management of the company. It defines and implements AXA Real Estate's strategy, reviews performance and addresses key human resources and business topics.

AXA Real Estate Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for reviewing and implementing key strategic initiatives and policies, assisting the Management Board with the management of the company. This decision-making and information-sharing body, which consists of the heads of global functions and key senior professionals who are highly complementary in terms of knowledge as well as personality, covers the whole spectrum of AXA Real Estate's expertise and culture.
