AXA Real Estate was established in 1999, building on the 30-year experience in managing real estate portfolios the AXA Group had accumulated throughout Europe. The consolidation of the different real estate management capabilities across the various geographies provided a significant opportunity to leverage this infrastructure in order to become a leading real estate investment manager offering services to both external investors as well as existing AXA clients.
