AXA Real Estate's research team works closely with the fund management and property services group teams to develop and implement investment strategies combining top-down (economic-based) and bottom-up (stock selection) approaches.

Our researchers identify and substantiate emerging investment opportunities, provide independent economic and property forecasts, as well as identify actions required to deal with economic and / or market changes. Jointly with fund managers, they establish strategic and tactical allocations reflecting clients' requirements.
