In 2010, AXA Real Estate continued its global expansion with the opening of its first US office, in New York. Expansion in the US is a key part of AXA Real Estate's long term global strategy and, in addition to continuing to grow the business, we believe that establishing a local presence supports two significant business objectives:

      a proven track record and extensive experience of the US market will
